Focus and break timers, one click from your Mac’s menu bar.
Start, pause and resume from the hourglass. Adjust durations in Settings and review your focus time in Analytics. Settings and session history are saved locally, without an account or built-in cloud sync.
Your records, your files
Export a JSON backup, restore a backup you choose, or export saved sessions as CSV. There are no ads or third-party analytics in the app.
Availability
Mac App Store release is in preparation. The current candidate supports Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. There is no public download on this page yet.
